No packet loss or any other problems apointed during the game before ithis disconection . Its strange, it happens after hour or just minutes after login, i did all things possible, if no one can explain if is it a games problems i need to change with my internet provider because its them. I didnt change nothing before, same connection since them, but the last 2 weeks this disconection started and didnt end. Happens on 42 and 5
I would try unplugging the power cord to the Internet modem and router for 1 minute and then plug them back in. See if that fixes it.
If that doesn't fix it then I would turn off IPv6 in router settings and see if that fixes it. The disconnect might be caused by IPv6 DNS issues and turning off IPv6 in router settings might fix it.
If you need help with router settings the model number is printed on the router's sticker. I can look up settings in the router's user manual.
