Season4 Primium not unlocked after buying battlepass

I bought battle pass in season 4 again. It worked fine in seson3 now just like season 2 I bought it and it seems premium did not get unlocked. Ranks still shows up in grey number. I got 1100BC but I ...

    Hi @DeLaLa,

    Could you try to restore your PS5 licenses to see if that unlocks them for you?

    Also, what S4 Battle Pass level are you exactly and which S4 Premium Battle Pass items do you think should have unlocked for you?

      Thanks for getting back.  I got the basic battle pass that should have unlocked 4 rewards and gets me 1000BC. I see the transaction on my card and got 1100BC as well. Just that premium is not enabled. Let see if I can find my license key. I have been on the game since beta release.

        Ok just tried restoring the license still having the same issue.
