Battlefield 2042 Not launching - AntiCheat Error 5:701

Hi all, I'm sure a lot of people are having the same issue, but I've tried every avenue and every guide possible on how to fix this error, here's the situation and what I've tried so far.

-I open Battlefield 2042 on steam only to find a splash message pops up with the following text "EA AntiCheat Service encountered a system error. Please run the EA AntiCheat Service installer" I then open up the Anti-cheat installer tool and attempt to reinstall the software but it it fails and prompts up with the following text "Install failed Error 5:701" same thing happens when I try to uninstall or use the repair option. same thing also occurs when attempting to reinstall the Anticheat from EA's official website, same result every time.

-Next i checked to see if Secure boot was enabled and it was, as well as every other requirement to run the game. Checked task manager if any conflicting software's or apps were running in the background and no matter how many i closed it still wouldn't work. I disabled any Antivirus temporarily and that didn't work ether, I enabled certain permissions on the EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe even put it on "Read Only" to see if that made any difference, but nope, same result every single time.

-Keep in mind i have about 70 hours on record in the game and this is happening across my other titles as seen in the attachments below. This all started for me when i tried playing the Battlefield 6 Beta, never got to play it because of this error so now I'm getting desperate.

If anybody has any working solutions, please let me know cause I may never be able to play these titles ever again because of this 1 Error.
