First of all, please note that the file "WinRing0x64.sys" is a kernel driver used actually by EVGA software in you computer for example: EVGA Precision X1 (overclock).
To resolve this issue, simply follow these steps:
Go to “C:Program files (86x)\evga\winring064.sys” and rename your "winring064.sys" file to "winring064.sys.old"
You can then remove the ".old" when you stop playing the game.
