SOLVED: after re installed from official site Vc_redist64x and vc_redist86x game worked (links attached below)

It is likely you are missing specific files, downloading and installing the following should help:

If you happen to have an 'N' Edition of Windows, download and run the following Media Feature Pack, thanks.

@EA_Barry Thank you for your answer

I install your version of directx and it's still not working,

My PC is not "N" version and Media Feature Pack is already installed.

Hey @CZI_AxeN,

I merged your thread with an already existing, but slightly older, thread about the same issue.

Could you perhaps check if the marked solution of this thread, here, also works for you?

  I try every solution in this thread but I still get the problem.
  The message appears after the EAanticheat splash screen.
