Squad orders not working correctly

Summarize your bug Squad orders aren't working as intended and no longer appear on the left side of the screen when giving attack/defend orders. The green symbol DOES appear over objectives when you give the order though. Another effect this bug causes is that squad leaders no longer get an inactive timer while squad leader. This leads to permanent squad leaders even if they are inactive.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have 2+ players load into any match and have the squad leader set an attack/defend order on an objective. Separately, have someone who is not squad leader set a ping on an objective (the one green line instead of four) and then have the squad leader do nothing. Squad leader will not be switched for inactivity after some amount of time.
What happens when the bug occurs? Squad orders are not shown on the left side of the screen and squad leaders are permanent unless they leave the squad.
What should be happening instead? Squad orders should be shown on the left side of the screen. Squad leaders should be removed for inactivity if no orders have been placed after a certain amount of time.
Feel like these 2 issues are related as they both deal with squad orders.
