IT is a game-wide problem. From what I gather, PS and XBox players feel it less. In PC the game is unplayable. Lagging all the time.
I mentioned it in a post before the release. They made horrible decisions with this game that misuse resources.
Huge maps, waste a lot of memory on areas that people are not even in.
Too many vehicles and 128 players increase the amount of tracers that have to be computed. That's is the main reason why there is so little destruction in this game. It breaks everything when you try to add more things to process.
They are not going back on those decisions so they will keep releasing broken patches as it requires a gigantic effort to revert those bad decisions. They have been forced to remove the 128 Breakthrough because there is simply no way to fix it. But if they do the same with the other modes, they will be breaking their Terms Of Service for the purchase of the game. They advertised 128 people so they will keep it no matter how badly it runs.
