Since the update today (16h of April 2024) the game is stuck in the EA Anticheat spash screen.
I tried to manually re-install (uninstall/install/repair) EA AC. Run as admin, also EA App, rebooted, most recent driver (Nvidia 552.22).
It is clear from the process list that it is EA AC and it is stuck after launching a child process that seems to do an update check (I even disabled my firewall, so no connectivity issue).

I left to bring a beer to bed and get the kids -- or was it the other way 'round? -- and when I returned, the game had finished loading (or whatever it was doing before).
So, maybe do the same (in case you don't have kids, get AND drink a beer). Maybe this fixes the issue?
EDIT: game closed for testing and started again. Now I am stuck for another 5+ minutes at the same screen, but with the progress bar much further to the left.
'Luckily' the friends list does not work at the moment anyway, so I would not really have played.

For you. For me. it did not. Not even uninstalling and reinstalling / repairing the part of the SW that is the problem (EA AC).
Good thing is: today it was working (without further changes/fixes applied). Not sure if it is really fixed or fixed itself or if the problem comes back. But I could pass the EA AC splash screen twice today (did not play the game though).
