Stuttery for 2-3 seconds, when it happen my cursor's going into my other monitor

Hey, since yesterday, october 30th, every 2-3 minutes my game start to become very stuttery and laggy that I cant even move my aim for 2 to 3 seconds, if it happen when i was flicking my aim for exem...

I'm having the same problem it seems.

The game updated today and after that I'm having awful slow downs!

The game frame rate goes from 90fps to 30fps or below that. I think the fps meter cannot sample fast enough.

I never had the problem before. It's completely impossible to play this game now! A totally game breaking bug.
