Hi @Madara96
When you have a moment can we try the following steps?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

already tried those steps,btw the steam overlay works when i wanna buy the ultimate battle pass but when i want to buy bf coins nothing happen.perhaps this bug is related to region or something.or maybe this bug is from your side sinse im not the only one having it.

Apologies on the delay, can we try the step suggested here
If that does not resolve this, can we try to remove your payment method from Steam and re-add it to see if this continues?

i tried the steps you send but nothing work, i have both steam and ea overlay enabled. just want you to know that steam and ea app use diffrent currency, my region is NA which should be on $. but ea app use R (South African Rand). i think this is why there is no price appearing on BC.

Hi @Madara96, Can you check with your EA account what region it is set to? Also, to confirm do you have anything like a VPN enabled on the device?
