im connected to the internet restarted my pc and still wont work im running off of steam on pc

I was playing fine for the past 4 days and now this morning I keep getting this error. Any ideas how to fix this? I reset modem and computer. I re verified files on Steam i port forwarded the game. Error code: 1:86001S:66003S:-891751198o:0B
