Unable to connect to the EA servers, Battlefield 2042

Hello friends, I've had this same problem since sometime around summer last year, FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT, boiled down to a windows update that somehow disabled dnsclient, read more about it and how to solve it on this forum: https://community.spiceworks.com/t/why-ist-the-dns-client-service-greyed-out/788637

After I enabled dnsclient my game worked normally again, this also solved my issues with battlefield V.
