Hi: I just bought and downloaded 2042 yesterday. Bought it through paypal, from EA. The game won't start. It tries to, gets to the first game screen that is black and then just shuts down and goes back to my Origin home page.

I purchased the game January 8th-i have never gotten the game to start

Thank you for the patience - we did some investigation into the crash you are encountering and your computer setup. The information we have from our investigation is that your processor, AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1100T is greatly below the specified hardware requirement for Battlefield 2042 and will not be able to run the game because this reason.
