Verification page
I can't play my game at all. It keeps asking me for a code and it's sending the code to an email that I don't know. I have no idea where the code that is going to authentication app. I have a game that is just collection dust, and I have wasted my money. I have contacted EA customer service 2 times with no help at all. Their answers are they are having technically difficulties and can't help. Any help?

This guide has the steps for you to try updating your account email address yourself (N.B. you'll need to select a verification option, so hopefully you can use SMS instead of email):

If you aren't able to change it yourself then you will need to continue trying with EA Help, as it's not something anyone here can do for you, unfortunately.
