Voice chat threshold not showing

I play on Xbox s.

The voice chat does work, however my output seems way to sensitive. I asked a friend and he told me there should be a threshold underneath microphone mode when it is set on open mic. However there is non.

I tried remove game data, but that didnt work. Is there a way to fix this? BF is about teamwork and Id like to use a microphone:)
