weapon still locked any tips on how to fix

i play on pc and trying to unlock the ak 5c but the gun is bugged any tips on how to fix it?

    In that case, you could try playing a full round in Portal to completion and then staying on the same server until the next match begins. Sometimes that can trigger the awards to sync. 

    However, if that doesn't work and both challenge bars are definitely fully completed, then you'll need to contact EA Help over at help.ea.com to ask for their assistance over at help.ea.com.

        i tried this  and ea didnt help as well
