Hi.
I cannot access 2042 at all. An error message pops up as linked. This has nothing to do with my origins being offline as I am in origins online mode and I can access and play battlefield 4 via origins.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled origins and cleared DNS cache, neither worked.
Help would be much appreciated or I will just refund the game

Community ManagerIn Origin, try clicking 'Go Offline' and then 'Go Online'.

Same problem, download it today and same notification...
After some reaserch i found out this error occured also in BF4. So firstly i try to ping proxy.novafusion.ea.com, to see if it is reachable. All packets were drop. Next step was tracing hops. I trace via cmd command "tracert proxy.novafusion.ea.com" . See picture...And it looks like EA networking problem, not a local in my case. I try to connect from Slovakia. Hope it is just a temporary problem.

Edit:
I tried free Windscribe VPN, connect on Germany and game run....Kind of temporary solution... After getting into menu of game just turn off VPN and game will work well.
