Have you tried unticking the IPv6 box and restarting the PC?

OskooI_007 Yes I have, Also tried other DNS settings - I can play on the same internet with my xbox.  The issue still happens when connected to my hotspot so it leads me to believe there is some program or setting on the computer.  similar forum posts mention an ID software app causing an issue but even after a windows reinstall, it still happens
