I'm doing the same... I've tried every vanilla mode (not-portal based or with AI) and nothing works, including Hazard Zone. Neither PS4 or PS5 pops the trophy, it must be a server-profile issue as console game data only affects game settings and not the cloud server profile data. Hence all these "experts" I've seen recommending to delete the game/ delete your save data dont quite grasp that the issue is the online profile cloud data syncing with playstation servers and can't be fixed until DICE rolls a patch on it.
We can only cross our fingers on this one, especially since the Devs are moving on with BF Labs
