So every time then "TN" Parameter in the network graph gets to 22 the game start to rubber band, it's felt in the movement everything just feels really sluggish and non responsive.
It is especially felt in vehicles and there are many videos of it.

Is there any chance this will be fixed in the next update?

I highlighted this mini rubberbanding issue in January on last gen and it's still not fixed and Digital Foundry highlighted the issue soon after release.

My actual solution was to stop playing in April after that major patch did not address the issue and went back to V until I could get an X Series.
Got the X series in June I think and now I can play the game again.
Even on X Series we get the issue but it's pretty rare but we still suffer from servers where the game feels sluggish and then join another server and it runs perfectly.
EA/DICE really screwed over last gen and the PC users who also suffer with the same issue.

i see it on xbox one about 20% or so of my games. i'm on gigabit and my ping is anywhere from 9-18 but most of the time it is a rock solid 13. lot of things it could be but i'm confident it's not my internet
Since the last update I get mouse lag a lot more often too. And if I minimize the game to close a browser I left open, it is nearly constant and more pronounced. I think my Ryzen 2700x is struggling a bit but I used to not have the problem.
DICE TeamIf we do record how its looking in game with the rubber band issues, it would be super helpful to have the network performance setting on on.
