I have the same GPU and had same problem, it’s a known issue with compatibility between Nvidia drivers and Windows 11 22H2. Nvidia did patch this problem.

The fix is a clean install of Window 11 (that includes 22H2), that worked for me…..and I got about 10% increase in FPS at the same time 👍
