Thanks @DuaneD. I responded in that thread you referenced.
For what it's worth, I've been running Win11 since BF2042 released. I don't seem to have any more or less issues than those on Win10.
@DarthFDG
Can you post your Win11 version & specs? It might help to narrow the issue. My guess is that this is an NVIDIA-only issue, but I'm not sure.

Here it is. However, I'm not sure how much good it will be to you, as:
a) I'm on the Insider Program and have a Win11 version that has not been released to general public
b) I have BIOS and in-game settings that will impact performance

So I rejoined the Windows 11 insider Program. Currently it is on 22H2 Build 22623.891. But no amount of Windows 11 updates fixed the issue.
However, Nvidia released Driver Version 526.86. That driver update did fix the issue for me. I am back up to my former FPS numbers. From 20fps back up to 80fps (w/RTX), and without the stuttering and massive lag. Still not the best performance overall, but that's another issue.So the issue for the time being is solved for me. Just update your drivers to 526.86 if you are on an Nvidia GFX card.
