Wrongfully Banned in Battlefield 2042
So I had reinstalled 2042 on my pc after not playing it for a very long time on my Ps5 back around the beginning of August. Had it installed, played for maybe 6 hours at most, and not even a day later, had received an email stating that my account was banned on 2042 was involved of some form of cheating. The email stated: use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account, use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account, use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.
So naturally, I opened up a case, gave an explanation, and showed my files from a basic "open file location" view and showed that there was nothing out of the ordinary folder wise that was within the main game files of the application. Upon them reviewing it, or not even caring to look at it, they just said that the "sanction" was going to stay on my account without anyone ever giving me actual proof that my account was involved in some form of malicious use of software or "cheats". Its been weeks since I last replied to the case and there has been no answer from anyone asides from it updating to "Waiting on Studio".
As it appears that I can upload multiple attachments to this thread, I can take screenshots of all files within the main folder for Battlefield 2042 to further show that there is nothing malicious that is installed to cause this ban to be warranted to my account.
