Xbox Series X Crash to Dash

On which server did this happen? All of them.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 29.07.22 multiple times from around 12pm
Summarize your bug: Game will crash to dashboard after 5-10 minutes of play time. I can't play or complete a full match. The only time I can complete a match is if I join a game that's about to finish.
How often does the bug occur? Every single match made game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing the game on an Xbox Series X
What happens when the bug occurs? The game closes and returns to the Xbox dashboard.
What should be happening instead? Not crashing on every match.

Literally only just purchased the game today. Disappointed is not the word for it.

So far, the steps I've taken from other suggestions is:

Uninstalled the game

Hard Reset the console

Reinstalled the game

I run the game at 4K/120fps and I have also tried turning off vignette mode and disabling Dolby Vision for Games and I still get the same issue.

I will try other suggestions later when I am home, such as router restart (I'm hardwired with a 1Gb connection by the way) and last resort Console reset and keeping games and apps.

Figured I'd make a new topic and report since there aren't "that many reports" (which is totally untrue as there are plenty of the same report in these forums and comments on other people threads).

    I've been away since I posted this a couple of days ago but before I left I removed the power cable from my Series X. I got back home this evening and pulled the plug on my router before I plugged my Xbox back in. 

    I ACTUALLY got to play a full game of 128 player conquest from start to finish.. I was so hyped.. and then as soon as the squad screen came up showing the kills by my squad.. game crashes and I'm sent to the dashboard again. 

    I'm happy I got to play ONE full match, but this is really ruining my experience. Never have I had a game that has been as broken as this. Especially 8 months after release. This is ridiculous to say the least.

    Tried Exodus conquest and it crashed within 2-3 minutes, before I'd even come across an enemy player.

    Just tried breakthrough and decided to use the stopwatch on my phone to get an accurate time of how long it took to crash from joining the server and getting sent back to the dashboard. I was having an amazing game too, I was really getting in to it.. and as you can see by my screenshot.. 6 minutes and 50 seconds. 

    I'm done playing the game until you ask me to specifically try something. This is making me not want to play anything on my Xbox at all. So congratulations for ruining my gaming experience as a whole and thanks for the sharp quick replies. Fantastic support.

    Hey @MuddPunk27, 

    I imagine you do not observe any pattern where the game crashes while in-game. Do you have the ability to record a short video before the game crashes?

    @BattlefieldDICEr Thank you for replying, this actually makes me feel slightly better about the situation.

    I haven't noticed a pattern no, the most consistent or quickest crash is on exodus conquest. That's usually a 2-3 minute crash to the dashboard. On average for all other game modes it's around 5-10 minutes.

    I don't use any external drives for games on my Series X.

    As for taking a video, I have previously tried taking a video with the Xbox feature when the game freezes and crashes, but it doesn't actually save it. I did think earlier maybe I could stream it on twitch or something, but I'm unaware if that will actually record the game going to the dashboard or not. I'll have a try in a little while.

    @BattlefieldDICEr I streamed on twitch for about an hour.. I was sent back to the dash about 6 times I think.. and just found out that my broadcasts aren't saved.. and I can't find an option to enable it.

    Have you recently changed the language of the console system after the game was installed by any chance?

    @BattlefieldDICEr No definitely not 😅 I have managed to capture some video evidence. I was trying to edit the broadcasts from twitch and cut some videos right down because of the size limits and then I had error after error uploading them because of wrong formats. Would it may be worth handing out my twitch link to look at the saved broadcasts and clips I've made?
