Your account has been restricted

Bought EA play on Steam to test out the game. Now when i'm starting the game, i'm getting an error code saying

"1:468882297O: 15021:- 1763645290O:0B"

"Your Account has been restricted from accessing any online features. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact customer support"

Tried to start from Origin, didn't work.

Windows 11 latest update.

Drivers installed

EAC installed

technical issues

    @EA_Atic My apologies, I'll refund the game I guess I won't be able to play battlefield games anytime soon, EA is lazy and has a higher priority than fixing error that happens to a small portion of the community ..

    @EA_Atic Can my account be banned? Can I tell me the specific reason?
    I will not log in during the banned period of being prohibited
    It will not be displayed in the English version. I have not warned me
    Game cannot be purchased
    I sent a letter. I can't wait for 30 days to reply
    It has been a year later, do you still have to turn over the old account? Continue to ban it?
    1 Not to mention the reason 2 no warning
