Battlefield 6 beta feedback

Hello, as a fan of the franchise since Battlefield: Bad Company 2, I’d like to share my feedback following the end of the Battlefield 6 beta as a passionate player 😊.

First of all, my favorite games will always be Battlefield 3 and 4.

About Battlefield 6:

Gameplay

Positives:

You can really feel the return to the roots, a bit like BF3-4 but on steroids. It works really well.

The return of classes is fantastic.

Ground vehicles are great.

Negatives:

Air vehicles, on the other hand, are more complicated. Not because the system itself is bad, but because the cockpit view is simply unplayable. The targeting system isn’t what it used to be, and the overall feeling is just not the same. In BF3-4, you had to learn how to properly handle helicopters or jets, but there was that unique feeling. You could easily use the cockpit view, while in BF6 you can barely see anything, and the crosshair doesn’t help either. It’s just not practical at all.

A fix will definitely be needed regarding rooftops. Right now, with all the tools available, you can basically climb onto almost any building. That makes it way too easy to just hide on a roof and shoot down everyone.

Graphics

Positives:

Absolutely stunning.

Environments are really well designed.

Negative:

In this beta, the maps felt relatively small and mainly focused on infantry.

Sound

Just perfect.

Final thoughts:

I’ve been playing since the early access of this beta and I truly enjoyed it. I always wanted to come back for more, which is a very good sign. But there are still some key issues that need to be fixed, otherwise they could ruin the overall experience.
