BF6 Not that great. Here's my feedback.

Here's my feedback on BF6 Open Beta.

PC: Ryzen 7 7700x - 32GB DDR5 Ram - RTX 4070 Ti - Gen 5 NVME M.2 2TB

Firstly, the graphic quality and sceneries were amazing. I enjoyed the visuals and the destruction and that was the highlight of the game.

Secondly (Trigger Alert), however, the game is just too CHAOTIC and FAST PACED. I catch myself getting ANGRY over dying over and over again within the spawns, or just in battles. The fact people can sprint around with an endless amount of stamina, and cut corners with no inertia what so ever is what bothers me the most. This is literally just a mix of Battlefield and Call of Duty combined into 1 game. These arcade shooters with infinite stamina and full sprint shooting are a dying breed. It was fun when the concept came out 25 years ago, but its time to move on, and grow to something better. Slow it down, Utilize other concepts in other games that people enjoy and implement them into BF6. Stop reskinning the same game and keeping the chaotic mindless respawn 1st person shooter.  Do better. The mindless normies that just play Warzone all the time, won't see this as a problem, but I am speaking for the people that think COD and BF are terrible and this is why. We all know the mindless COD normies are just a group of mouth breathers that don't play ANY other game. They have zero taste.

Third, the map sizes were Medium. The maps were designed amazingly, but they just seem small for what we should be getting in 2025. My sizes range from Small, medium, large, extra large, and these open beta maps were Medium.

Fourth, the vehicles seemed to blow up easily. As a tank operator, the tank has no health indicator as the operator. If there was one, i did not see it. There was no indication my tank was 1 RPG away from complete annihilation.  The helicopter was a little weird, but not a lot. I couldn't aim my missiles down without moving forward. I am not sure if that was intended or not.

Fifth, the weapon management system was decent. I enjoy being able to swap parts off and on weapons. I think it can be reworked and expanded. With that being said, don't try and fix what's not broken, however, it should be expanded a bit more. I'm sure there will be more upon full release and this is only in regards to what i've seen in the open beta.

Conclusion: Visuals were amazing. Destruction was on point. The Chaos was uneventful and unattractive. The Fast Paced run n gun style is also unattractive to me, which creates this deep ANGER from dying. Its not healthy. If this is what EA DICE was gunning for, I will have to respectfully pass on the game. Beautiful game, but just not what i wanted or what i am into anymore. The fast pace style burnt me out in the last 25 years.

Yours Truly,
The COD Hater, Bigdaddydbee
