The comment from Kar13omb is a great example of why this buggy TTD mechanic needs to be fixed. A TTD bug makes it appear as though attackers are cheating when all of the deaths are one-shots.
I don't believe it is (all) cheaters, but instadeath no matter the reason is not enjoyable. This could drive new players away before they've had the real Battlefield experience.
