1st shot freezes me, my shots don't do a **bleep** thing

This has become extremely frustrating. On the PS5, after I take the first shot I freeze I can't move. I can't fire back. I just wait for the other two shots to hit and die. Meanwhile, when I shoot so...

Glassman832​ please post a gameplay video with the in-game network performance graph on the screen. It's in the game settings.

Enable the hit detection graph also.
