Hey everyone,

I'm trying to get the "A Joyful Nurse" trophy (Revive 1996 players as Support in Multiplayer), but it seems completely bugged for me, or the background tracking is broken.

As you can see in the screenshot, my in-game career profile clearly shows I have 2,753 revives as Support. That is way past the 1,996 requirement, but the trophy still hasn't popped. 

To save time and answer some common suggestions right away:

No bot farming: I didn't farm bots in Portal or Solo/Co-op. All my revives were done in standard matches with real players.

Official Servers: I played almost exclusively on official DICE servers, mostly in Breakthrough. About 1,500 of my revives were done recently while playing the new Operation Augur.

Gauntlet & REDSEC: I know Battle Royale modes usually don't count for that trophy, but I only have about ~50 revives combined in Gauntlet and REDSEC. That definitely doesn't explain why I'm missing at least 800+ revives for the trophy.

It really feels like the revives from Operation Augur are tracking fine for my overall in-game stats database, but they simply aren't counting towards the PSNachievement servers.

I checked PSNProfiles, and I can clearly see that other players are still unlocking this trophy recently.

Has anyone else run into this issue on PlayStation recently? Is Operation Augur just bugged for trophy tracking? I really don't want to grind another 1,000 revives just hoping it eventually pops.
