It is unlockable, or at least it was previously, since I've done it, but I'm not sure how accurate the tracking is, and whether it counts both "buddy" and defibrillator revives or just one or the other. It might just be one of those things that you'll need to keep grinding away at until it shows up as being complete. 

I wouldn't think i did either but  the amount of times iv ran to revive somone and its been a bot is stupid lol so mine prob has been 300+ on bots

Be that as it may, I am pretty sure I don't have 430+ revives on bots as Support in Multiplayer, which would be the implication here.

I dont think Bots count towards it i got mine at about 2,500 total Revives

It seems as though the A Joyful Nurse achievement is bugged, or the profile stats are inaccurate.

The requirement for unlocking the achievement is "Revive 1996 players as Support in Multiplayer".

As per the below screenshot, I have 2,431 "Revives as Support" on my profile stats*, yet I have not unlocked the achievement.

*Even if this profile stat includes BR (outside of MP), I can assure you that I do not have more than a dozen or so revives in BR, so either way I definitely have at least 1,996 Revives as Support in Multiplayer.

I've merged your thread with this existing one. However, I unfortunately do not have any advice, other than to continue working on it and potentially not using the defibrillator. Something in the back of my mind is telling me that might be a factor.

I'm trying to get the "A Joyful Nurse" trophy (Revive 1996 players as Support in Multiplayer), but it seems completely bugged for me, or the background tracking is broken.

As you can see in the screenshot, my in-game career profile clearly shows I have 2,753 revives as Support. That is way past the 1,996 requirement, but the trophy still hasn't popped. 

To save time and answer some common suggestions right away:

No bot farming: I didn't farm bots in Portal or Solo/Co-op. All my revives were done in standard matches with real players.

Official Servers: I played almost exclusively on official DICE servers, mostly in Breakthrough. About 1,500 of my revives were done recently while playing the new Operation Augur.

Gauntlet & REDSEC: I know Battle Royale modes usually don't count for that trophy, but I only have about ~50 revives combined in Gauntlet and REDSEC. That definitely doesn't explain why I'm missing at least 800+ revives for the trophy.

It really feels like the revives from Operation Augur are tracking fine for my overall in-game stats database, but they simply aren't counting towards the PSNachievement servers.

I checked PSNProfiles, and I can clearly see that other players are still unlocking this trophy recently.

Has anyone else run into this issue on PlayStation recently? Is Operation Augur just bugged for trophy tracking? I really don't want to grind another 1,000 revives just hoping it eventually pops.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Same here, I reached 2038 revives as support and the trophy has NOT popped. 

The trophy is bugged.

I'm at 2042 revives with support class and have not yer received the trophy.

Not sure if there’s any mode that doesn’t count or something, I also did not bot farm for this.

Anyone else with this issue?
