About bots and an offline mode - BF6

since we have huge lags playing multiplayer they should let us play portal (full progression) on LOCAL HOST, so it doesn't overflow their own servers.

if it was available in BF2042 it can be done in BF&, if they want it, and they should, i'm not playing the game because of that, so i go other games.

Please add an offline bot mode! I enjoy playing bots way more than online PVP, it would be a great QoL to have something akin to Instant Action where people who don't want to deal with other players or have bad connections can unlock things and play on their own terms

My problem is this, they told us it would be one way and then changed it with no notice:

For those who have bought the game, is there any way at all to play with bots only? As I understand it, it's possible through Portal, right? Does that require an online subscription on consoles?

I really liked the new bots compared to the 2042 bots.  I usually play alone and don't have time to become so skilled as to unlock all the great things about this game but I'm getting really tired of the changes significantly impacting my enjoyment.  At first, I could only play one match (breakthrough) with bots, then the portal came out and I could backfill.  Awesome!  I didn't care if my XP was nerfed a bit.  I was having fun.  Then, I couldn't host anything locally so the servers filled up so I couldn't even play my portal creations.  Then, they take the bots away!  WTH!!  I own this game on two platforms and now I can't even play the game I purchased!!  I've been playing BF since 1942 (LAN party days) and this last move has created a bigger dissatisfaction and distain for this series than I thought even possible.  EA, you have an opportunity to have a great game where some people can play the way they like and some can constantly complain about cheaters and such.  Please stop tailoring to the latter. I prefer PVE and really liked the fact that I could engage with this series and play with friends when they came on but this is unacceptable.  If this doesn't get corrected, this will unfortunately be the last BF game I ever purchase.  Like I said, I go back to the 1942 days and multiple platforms.  I can't keep up with the younger generation or cheaters in a fun way and now you've done this.

I totally agree. This is a massive issue. If you can find a reasonable solution EA, you'll have grateful loyal customers.

 EA - please give us a way to play with just bots - not interested in hanging in lobbies to last under a minute 

Agreed. I am at the point where I would rather play with bots, alone than with anybody else. We can blame cheaters or net code or just the simple fear that in 6 months noone will play it anymore and all the servers will be dead. Then I spent $100 on something I cant play.

100%....  they even told us bots were going to be a part of the game.  I'm sure they could figure out a way to make it so you can play objective based games against bots but without leveling up weapons, that's really all you need to do...  

Thats the main reason I bought the game, because they said it would be included.  They've managed to do the casual  breakthrough, why not a casual Conquest if they are so against people using the bots in their own solo created games.
