Your best and only option is to report any suspected hackers, everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team. Case reviews can take up to 14 days, just keep on reporting.

In such cases, it's best to record a short video of the gameplay for analysis by EA employees, which will quickly result in a ban for the cheater.

Currently, applications that integrate graphics drivers, whether from AMD or Nvidia, include a recording function, so it's very easy to prove someone is cheating by uploading the video to YouTube and providing a link to it (as evidence) in the report.
