In such cases, it's best to record a short video of the gameplay for analysis by EA employees, which will quickly result in a ban for the cheater.
Currently, applications that integrate graphics drivers, whether from AMD or Nvidia, include a recording function, so it's very easy to prove someone is cheating by uploading the video to YouTube and providing a link to it (as evidence) in the report.
