Account and Bans

I haven’t come here for an appeal just some help. I have already tried and had my appeals declined and I know that the staff on this part of the web can’t help.

My account has been banned for BF6. EA states that this is because I was using Gameplay enhancement. I’ll be blunt with the 1% that will listen. I don’t cheat, hack or do any of the **bleep**, I just play. I have read over the TOS and “game rules” provided by EA.

For anyone wondering gameplay enhancement is the following: using unauthorized methods to enhance in game performance by removing gameplay constraints or improving in game abilities (eg weapons, movement or items).

I am putting this here in hopes that if I get some money together make a new steam and ea account and get the game I won’t get another ban. The problem is I don’t know what I have done to get the ban in the first place. I don’t have anything running when playing except discord or internet tabs open mainly due to my laptop being 6 years old and gets hot enough to cook food on it just when sitting there.

I am playing on a Razer blade 15 connected to a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Don’t know if this will affect anything but just putting it out there.

What I have done since playing BF. (Just some background)

I started day one and completed the campaign to 100% (yes 100%) and uninstalled the single player. There was an error with steam saying that I was unable to update the game due to it not being released but a quick google and I was able to force the update by installing another language. While waiting for my mates to jump on I hoped into MP had some games and jumped into some portal to mess around in. I changed some of the settings to I have heaps of health to act like an juggernaut and other times I had vehicles boosted to crazy levels so you could feel like an one man army. I got off to have lunch and when I got on to play with my mates my account was disabled. I did not get any notification until I finally got a ticket to be logged with EA support.

Any help with this would be appreciated. I’m looking forward to playing again but I can’t justify the $100 to just get another ban for nothing. I’ll swing past here every once and awhile to see if anyone can help or provide any updates (if I get any) for people that are in the same boat. Hopefully I’ll see you on the battlefield.

Soo the problem still persits, I've been playing games for 10 years now i have never cheated once. its funny coz i was playing this morning a boom banned for enhancing i am not aware of what i did wrong and its not a cheap game really, but i appealed the ban so ill hope for the best.

I was banned on October 13th and submitted an appeal on the 14th after trying to log onto to the game. Still waiting on them to get back to me as of October 29th. I was also banned and my only thought as to why I was banned was because I was running Faceit Anticheat for Counter Strike 2. I played it prior to logging onto to battlefield. I don’t really get why I would be banned for running another in the background since their purpose is more or less the same. I am not familiar with the coding or exactly what is different from the anti cheats. Still should not have been banned.

I also logged in today i also made an appeal, I got banned for no reason i played legit i grinded so hard to get the KTS LGM and now im banned for not cheating so i appealed and was very frustrated with the situation, While actual cheaters roam around fun and free. I am actually pretty pissed off to be honest about it, and hopefully they unban me for false ban and i can keep the stuff i worked hard for

I received a Perma ban while playing portal servers with “enhancements” also being stated. They explained how this was because of unfair XP gain from playing portal servers, which is insane because it is apart of the game, using a piece of a game for your own enjoyment is not a fair excuse to permanently ban servers. EA is treating players horrible currently, and any chance at an appeal is nonexistent even when you did nothing wrong.

I have also been banned for gameplay enhancement. All appeals denied. Currently preparing a written letter to see if that works.
I have a steel series Sensei ten mouse and Apex pro keyboard... Are others getting banned for having Steel series mouse and keyboards? Just using the default loadouts shouldn't be grounds for bans, especially if Windows installs it sometimes.
