Account and Bans

I was banned on October 13th and submitted an appeal on the 14th after trying to log onto to the game. Still waiting on them to get back to me as of October 29th. I was also banned and my only thought as to why I was banned was because I was running Faceit Anticheat for Counter Strike 2. I played it prior to logging onto to battlefield. I don’t really get why I would be banned for running another in the background since their purpose is more or less the same. I am not familiar with the coding or exactly what is different from the anti cheats. Still should not have been banned.
