Account Ban

My Battlefield 6 account was wrongfully banned. The email linked to my 126 platform account has been blocked by your company, leaving me unable to submit an appeal through official channels, so I have to reach out for assistance here. I was banned under the reason of gaining competitive advantage, which prevents me from accessing BF6 entirely.

 

This ban may stem from playing BF6 at internet cafes; certain pre-installed programs on cafe computers were flagged as cheat software by the anti-cheat system. There could also be other unforeseen factors, yet I swear I never used any cheats in BF6 to disrupt other players’ gameplay. My BF6 KPM is only 0.9, lower than the average player benchmark.

 

I am a die-hard fan of the Battlefield franchise. I’ve been playing the series since Battlefield 4 and have accumulated thousands of hours of playtime. I also hold Battlefield Labs access and participated in multiple closed tests long before BF6’s official launch. I have zero incentive to cheat. I sincerely ask that you re-examine my game data and lift the ban on my account.

    If there is an email issue, you may be able to have EA Help update the email address on your account and/or initiate the appeal for you. Use the link and the steps below to see if you can reach them. When I tried just now, I got the live chat option. 

    https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ 

    1. Select "Game Rules" for the first box.
    2. Now enter "Battlefield 6" for the game.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Enter a brief message and click "Submit". 
    5. Choose the contact option on the next page and take it from there.
