"Account_Misuse" ban for no reason

On the third day of the game, I entered the match portal with bots and after a few games I received this ban. I sent two appeals, in which I showed all the receipts and details of my accounts to prove that it was me. I also sent my computer's data and a detailed PDF of the programs installed. I also read all of EA's rules and made sure once again that I had not violated them. I play with a keyboard and mouse and have never used cheats. All of my appeals were rejected. What should I do?

It's very upsetting not even to know the reason for the ban and to constantly receive responses from a robot instead of a human being.

    You're not alone, bro. I was banned on October 15th at approximately 10:00 PM (Beijing time, I'm from China). The reason given was competitive advantage, but I don't have any cheats installed on the device I'm using to play, nor have I modified the game client. This is a fabricated accusation.

  • I'm done, and I want to delete my account and everything that connects me to EA. Why should I waste my time on this arrogance? And you know what? I can't even do it, my deletion request just won't open. What a toxic campaign.

    I sent a second appeal request, and the response to that appeal will determine whether I will play EA games again in the future.

    I think that anti-cheating agencies around the world should provide all the detailed information when banning players, as well as the detailed basis on which they believe the player's gaming behavior is abnormal, rather than the vague "competitive advantage". As a player who has played fairly for ten years, I have been accused of inexplicable crimes. I feel very wronged and powerless now.

    Same here. Got Ban on Sunday(3rd day), "COMPETITIVE_ADANTAGE", and i  don't know what i did. 2 appeals denied and always same generic answer from bot. I wrote already 3rd appeal demanding a human to check and answer me, since looks like every appeal was denied at the same time automatically. Here I was just banned in BF6 | EA Forums - 12735886 is the other topic with more of us.

    I am facing the same issue. I have been banned for no reason and have had my appeal denied.

  • Since the release, there has been no response on the forum from official representatives, no response from technical support/tos, and when I ask what my ban means in technical live support, the people there DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS. 
    I can't delete my account because I'm banned. I don't even have the words to describe how low customer support is in this campaign.
