I'm having the same issue. I bought the Phantom Edition on Xbox Series X. Everything on the console is good. I can play all of Battlefield 6 Plus Redsec and BR modes, all good. I tried to download RedSec on my gaming laptop to play on the go and log in to my account, but it says my account is restricted. After weeks and weeks, I got connected to a live agent with EA Help, and he said this is a known problem, and he has no information at this time. I just have to wait it out until they resolve this issue. As long as I can still play on my console, I'm happy. But sucks I can't play BF6 Redsec on the go... We'll have to wait and see what happens...
that's good for you in the case of being able to play on console but I plan to sell my consoles and go straight PC. I'm really frustrated with this problem.
