Hi killall-q,
Sorry to hear that you weren't able to report them in the match, but if it helps, you can report them via EA Help. They'll be able to pass the details onto the Terms of Service team.
This guide has a webform that you can use to report them:

Elliot that page doesnt work when you report people. Also i think people going 120 -5 and 120-12 are pretty obvious . Why is this being allowed in every match? Every match has close to 10 or more at top of leaderboards. Bragging about cheating and try to sell them.

ElliotLH Wow when I made this almost identical post with a screenshot of the spam and hack, it got removed for violating some BS rule (it didn't) according to messages. When I asked for an explanation in another thread and where to report them it got ignored. 👏🏽 Well done admins. Also banned the original poster friend of mine who got frustrated with this. I DID try and private message the admin that removed it too (to keep it low) but also ignored.
tWell I'm glad at least to have the information to report players like this in the future using the link you provided. Thank you. Perhaps let the rest of the team know ignoring their community is going to eventually become a bigger problem. Let's be adults here and not bullies.
Again, thank you Elliot. I will share this with others that wondered how to report in Battle Royale. Take care. o7
