AFTER update ? whats going on ?

Can someone explain to me what happened after the last update? Before the update, I played K/D of 3 or higher, and now it's harder to get a KD of 3. I don't understand it anymore. I'm a PC player. I also noticed that if you play rounds above 3 no bots server and kill real people, your K/D doesn't increase anymore.  whats going on dicé?
