Not in the game, but I rewatched some dudes vod and he's literally putting in no effort, movement like a brick, and just holding his trigger button down hitting all shots with no input.

I believe that is cheating
Saving replays as videos. Fortnite style match replays would help filter out cheat accusations against cheaters
