Aim assist tips

Hey, I have some mobility issues with my hands so I have to use controller and I was hoping someone could give me some tips on the aim assist settings.

The stickyness that it had before really helped me be able to actually play on par with casual players but the base setting changing has left me struggling to track players doing the A/D dance as I can't do small rapid movements all that well and it causing me to overshoot. I don't fully understand what the aim curves are trying to convey to me as the axies are unlabeled and I have no idea what the zoom coefficient is trying to tell me it does as to my mind anything over 100 would make the zoomed aim faster but I gather that's not right.
