another day, another reminder why battlefield is not worth the time anymore

bots and cheaters in every game. so much for the anti-cheat system. there's nothing more frustrating than wasting 25 minutes playing a great game only to be killed by a team of unkillable bots prep...

Our anti-cheat team has recently shared A Year of Progress for EA Javelin Anticheat, which goes into more detail about the work and progress made over the past year. Hopefully it provides some useful insight into the measures being taken to combat cheating.

Then cheaters come on the forums and complain how they were banned.

I had to play tonight, over several matches, players that went over a 10/1 KDR and had pings over 200. These players would jump around corners prefiring you, would smite you, all headshots, with full auto over 200m, and honestly just seemed completely untouchable.

But I'll trust EA and assume I'm just complete trash at the game, and just because someone is violating the ToS using a VPN, or has stats that can't be achieved even by pro players farming noobs doesn't mean they're cheating. The metrics said so!
