Are Crossplay Off Lobbies Bugged?

Haven’t played in a few weeks, no issues before (UK) with crossplay off on my PS5.

Rarely ever seen bots, if not at all. Lobbies used to fill fast with zero issues.

Now every single match of conquest is bot filled to 24 players with a handful of actual players.

It’s like the matchmaking is creating hundreds of different matches with a handful of people, filling them with bots and then leaving them instead of waiting and placing players together.

I don’t get it, I purchased my PS5 Pro on release date so around November last year and I downloaded Battlefield 2042 (crossplay off)

Zero issues with that game throughout its life cycle, always had full conquest matches (64) and that game was meant to be dead, BF6 with crossplay off feels infinitely worse already.

The matchmaking needs to change, persistent lobbies would help so much.
