Are Lag Switches the new cheats for season 5?

Just vented on another post from 3 months ago about this same issue… there has been no correction to this yet. I mean some of us pay for the 1gb sub 20 ms ping internet connection and yet it seems we are penalized for it while playing lately I was destroyed by a red flagged ping rate player to where I turned the game off for I would get shot around a corner 4-5 times or I would shoot them 10-15 and it seem not to count then their 4-5 would kill me again… don’t know if their lag grace is still just not working for the rest of us or if they even care… idk if I will be turning the game back on I have always preferred bf over cod but seems like that might be wrong at this point with red flagged pings always winning duels… 

Yeah, similar situations.  One time I dumped a 30rd mag center mass into a guy 15ft away 10% damage, he turned around an annihilated me.   This is more than TTK.  They are clearly exploiting this.  

I remember back on BF3, I'd get kick by EA for having too high of a ping due to my cheap internet.  They need to start doing that again.
