Are our soldier uniforms soaked in highly flammable fuel?

The incendiary weapons/gadgets are one thing because those can actually cover a target with the fuel they burn.

But why are we instantly catching fire from every random ember on the ground? This seems very extreme to me.  Imho when it comes to small flames there should be a short delay before actually starting to catch fire because those uniforms just cannot be so flammable. We are not stepping into molten lava (like in Iwo Jima) dear DICE
