Are you going to fix the portal ?????

i bought BF6 so i could create a portal experience and lock it and play with friends, sofar all i see if it is not working due to global overload or whatever the message says, if you don' add bots it will launch, but that is useless ,  especially as i wanted to learn to fly helis on my own, it will not allow me to play with just me :( FIX IT EA i, it was promised to us when you hyped the game , now make it happen.
