I am also still waiting, I was waiting to post on here until season 1 dropped in the hope that the battle pass would be there free for me, no luck. Any updates in the future please let us know.

I was told I wasn't eligible but when I asked why they wouldn't answer. They kept thinking I wanted the Phantom stuff for free and I had to clear it up like 5 times with them. Its the worst Customer Service on the planet and its not even close.

I am still waiting for mine as well. I keep contacting EA Help and most of the replies I received were some auto-response that hasn't helped. Like I need instruction on how to find the inbox in the game for the compensation. I know where to find it.

I got another reply today telling me once again what the compensation was and that its all been sent out and to player inboxes. Nothing about why we have not got them yet. Also this email contradicts the email telling me its a known issue with no ETA.

Stil not told WHY the compensation was not sent but I have been told that if we dont have it now.. we are not getting it ever...
"Please know that our team is fully aware of this issue and has since implemented a fix. They also confirmed that all players who were affected of the said incident were provided make-good rewards. I'm afraid no further adjustments can be provided in this situation."
Standard EA, the customer service experience is horrible.
