Assault stims weak … or am I using them wrong
I have been playing assault class a lot in recent weeks, and I am still trying to figure out a good use for the stims that come with the class. In other games, I know stims would heal you as well as give you damage resistances, but in BF6 it seems like it is more about resistances to effects. I have learned to use the stims to help with flanking, which I believe was the intention of the devs for its use, but it still feels a little lackluster. I have never been able to successfully use the stims to get out of stun or flash, since the time it takes to use the stim and the bring my gun out feels close to the time it takes for the effects to actually wear off, at which point I am dead. I have only used them to get a speed boost for the flanking. Is there an effect from the stim that I am missing, or is it just speed around and get rid of effects that last the same amount of time? It would be nice if there was also a reactionary way to use them, like maybe starting health regen on use, but I am not sure if that is a thing cause I am usually busy trying not to die to notice anything with my health.
