Ban Appeal Stuck on "Appeal Pending" Since June 12 (EA ID: Csylz)

Hi EA Community Managers,

My Battlefield ban appeal (EA ID: Csylz) has been stuck on "Appeal Pending" for over 4 months (submitted June 12, 2026).

I play on PC via Steam, and my Steam profile is completely clean with zero bans. I have tried reaching out via email and social media, but I haven't received any updates or manual review.

Could a Community Manager please escalate my pending case to the ToS team?
